Good - BUT... August 29, 2018 Reviewer: Marcello from Brazil   It's a good support BUT in my option there's a major flaw that could easily been fixed. When using this with my iPhone without the magnetic holder and driving it hard :) the phone slips down.  It should have rubber claws in order to avoid this - like the one I had from another company on my R56. Good but some ideas to make it even better March 9, 2018 Reviewer: mark Hadfield from Oakville, ON Canada   Super easy to install.  It's like they came with the car. The location they installed is great - doesn't take too much arm reach to use the touch screen of my iphone Strength of the ball doesn't support the weight of the phone (I have an Iphone 7).  This means the phone is always looking a little sad, tilting itself down The pincers to hold the phone need some rubber to hold the phone. My wife and i have phones without cases (she has an Iphone X) and the phone slides down the bracket until the bottom of the phone is resting against the dash So your v 1.0 of this holder is pretty good but room for improvement by making some modifications to the snap in holder to make it even better!
