How do I return an item?
Returning an item for a refund or store credit



Returns:


We will accept returned purchases within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us at [email protected] and we will be happy to be of assistance. Please let us know your order number, name and address.

We can only accept items that have not been used and are in re-saleable condition. We cannot refund shipping, taxed, duties, or other fees. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to pay for return shipping. We recommend you use a reliable shipping service such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items returned. Once we receive the returned item, we will refund payment within 3-5 days.

Damaged Shipments:

Shipments received that are damaged must be reported to the shipping service provider upon receipt. It is the buyer’s responsibility to report damaged claims to the shipping provider.
