Had problems within the first 2-weeks. No matter how tight I got the phone holder on the socket, as soon as I got a bump, the phone was facing the floorboard. I reached out to ‘customer service’ and was told to glue it. No thx. I’d stay away to a subpar product and TERRIBLE customer service.

Great quality product and customer service.  A must have accessory for anyone that needs quick and easy access to their phone e.g. Google maps.  Highly recommend.   Quality materials and installation instructions.  Better than anything I’ve seen out on the market.

Great idea, could be slightly better implemented. Had to get washers to keep the mounting bolts from going through the mount.
