What are my shipping options?
GoBadges ships US domestic and international orders via United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS.
When will my order ship?
Orders will generally ship within 48 hours, Monday - Friday, excluding weekends* and holidays, regardless of the shipping method chosen. (*Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 pm noon EST through Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday or Tuesday).
Note: Choosing expedited (ie. Express Mail or UPS Express) shipping methods will only reduce the amount of time your order spends in transit.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
USPS First Class Mail is the cheapest shipping option. Receiving your shipment can vary from 2-10 business days. Please be aware that no tracking information is available. If your package is lost or not received, GoBadges is not responsible.
USPS Priority Mail is a good value for domestic orders, usually arrives within 2-3 business days and provides full tracking information.
USPS Express Mail is typically received in 1 business day and is accompanied with full tracking information.
UPS Ground provides full tracking and typically arrives within 1-5 business days (does not ship/deliver on weekends). We ship from upstate New York so the closer you are to us, the faster UPS Ground will be received. (Shipments to the west coast typically takes 5 business days).
UPS 3 Day Select provides full tracking and is scheduled to arrive in 3 business days (does not ship/deliver on weekends).
UPS 2nd Day Air provides full tracking and is scheduled to arrive in 2 business days (does not ship/deliver on weekends).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
USPS First Class Mail is the cheapest option. Receiving time of your shipment varies from country to country. Even though this shipping method is less expensive, it is not always reliable and cannot be tracked outside of the US. Some countries can take over 45 business days. If you select this shipping method, you accept the responsibility with a lost shipment once it leaves GoBadges offices.
USPS Priority Mail provides no tracking information once it leaves the US. Shipments are typically reliable and can take 10-14 business days to be received. Some countries can take up to 45 days however. If you select this shipping method, you accept the responsibility with a lost shipment once it leaves GoBadges offices.
USPS Express Mail is a good option for international orders. Your package can be tracked to your door and typically arrives in 5-7 days.
UPS Worldwide Saver provides full tracking information and typically arrives next business day to Canada, 2 business days to Europe and Latin America and 3 business days to Asia.
UPS Worldwide Expedited provides full tracking information and typically arrives in 2 business days to Canada, 3 business days to Mexico, 3-4 business days to Europe and 4-5 business days to Asia.
Note: Please be aware that any and all import fees, local taxes, duties and other fees are the responsibility of the customer and not GoBadges.

Tracking a package
After you place your on-line order, you will receive a order confirmation. You will also receive a email when your order has shipped. If you selected a shipping method that provides tracking information, please use this information to track your packaging through the shipping service provided. If you selected a shipping method that does not offer tracking such as USPS First-Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail, we are sorry but we are not responsible and you must take this up with the shipping service provider.
